What we keep, and why
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you order, and the card message you write. Payment details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Why we keep it
To make and deliver your flowers, to text you when they leave, and to keep a record for our accounts, which the law asks us to hold for six years.
Your flower, for this visit
The focal flower you choose is kept in your browser for this visit only, to colour the site and sort the shop. It is not sent to us. Your light or dark setting is remembered on this device.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider and, for deliveries outside our own bicycle round, the courier. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to hello@example.com and we will reply within a month.
